_Body By Milk: Fad or Fact?_
"teens that choose milk tend to be leaner, plus the protein helps build muscle"

You have probably seen Milk Advertisements in your local cafeteria... why the sudden increase of dairy advertisements?? Why would Milk Companies replace their tried and true "Got Milk" advertisement? Well, it's because teens these days are more objective.

High School is harder than ever these days... academically speaking, there are many more things discovered that need to learned, compared to your parents' studies in the past. Not only is it harder to get into college, but it is harder to get an A on the same course that your parents may have taken thirty years ago. High School is also more difficult, socially.

Not everyone can have gorgeously tight, tanned and toned body... teenagers these days find it harder to cope with the academic stresses that High School imposes onto them, which is compounded with how hard staying in shape is. Teenagers are very self-conscious of their bodily image, so when Milk Companies slap a slogan onto their dairy products like, "Teens who choose Milk instead of Sugary Soft Drinks tend to be leaner", teenagers will want to drink milk to lose weight.

True, milk is an excellent source of protein and calcium, which teenagers need an abundance of, but what studies suggest is that the milk companies should also say in their labels, that it takes both exercise and milk to become leaner.

Dairy Companies are very crafty, in the fact that they have famous celebrities, athletes and singers wear a milk mustache in hopes of appealing to teenagers. Then again, aren't all companies crafty? Dairy companies have conjured up profit and exploitation of teenagers in their bubbling cauldrons, but sad as I am to say this, I support this new campaign.

I have been a rigorous follower of the three cups of milk a day routine "Got Milk?" ad campaign, but now you see humongous posters of ripped athletes with milk mustaches, and you subliminally need that glass of milk, so you can have that ripped figure. The problem is that, all your lifelong problems won't be solved with a glass of milk. It takes a healthy, balanced diet and lots of determination to go through with that diet, and you also have to exercise your butt off, literally.

I propose the "Body By Milk" diet should be created along with this ad campaign! After all, the Special K Diet was a massive success, even though the cereal itself was complete jank. Milk has a ton of protein in it, that dudes will need to impress the ladies. Once you have a muscle-ladden figure with rippling biceps, you will get massive amounts of attention from females.

GIRLS WILL LIKE ME??? REALLY??? Yes. I was an overweight teenage boy, with no prospects of girls ever liking me, and then I just ate less calories daily (like 300 calories less), and lifted weights. Don't worry, it isn't hard. You just can't give up, if you want to become a success story. I started off lifting one-pound soup cans, and ate $1.19 Wendy's Chili and bananas and drank 2% Milk for the longest time. Heck, I still do, and for my efforts, I have a new self-image!

 Until next time,
