Protein powder made from whey 0
How much protein you have to take each day? One to two grams per kilo of lean mass, depending on your level of activity. Unfortunately, fast food is high in sugar and low in protein. The protein powder supplements can help us fill this gap quickly and chocolate flavored, and last but not least, you can make pies with them.
These are the most common types of proteins:
* Whey protein (whey) protein is the source most used in supplements. Whey is the liquid that is sometimes found on top of yogurt when you open it. These proteins are absorbed very quickly, and therefore are suitable to take them right after a strength workout.
* Casein milk also comes from, and is found in large quantities in the lumpy cheese (and yummy) called cottage cheese. It is a slow absorbing protein, and as a supplement is usually taken before bedtime. Casein provides a source of amino acids throughout the night. The best quality (and expensive) is called “casein micelle”, which is also easier to dissolve and tastes better.
* Soybeans: Sold as a vegetarian to make proteins, and has a high nutritional value, but presents a problem. Soy Isoflavones make up the level of estrogen in men, affecting thyroid function. The result is less testosterone, and therefore less muscle growth and less libido. If you are a man, it’s okay to eat tofu, but better avoid soy supplements.
* Egg: The protein from egg white, or albumen, is a source of very good quality. However powdered supplements are no major advantages over bottled egg whites, with rich you can make tortillas.
Protein powders are never entirely pure. Depending on their quality can vary between 60% and 90% purity, the rest are carbohydrates and fat. According to the manufacturing process, protein powders sold under different names
