I lost 40 pounds through a combination of a high-protein, high-fiber, highly-nutritious diet, along with rigorous cardiovascular exercising...

 

There is no magic pill.

 

1. All those "magic" weight loss formulas are what they sound like...

SCAMS. God-forsaken scams. I swear by the code of exercising and dieting and eating right. That is the only known and proven way.

 

 

Do you really, truly think that drinking or eating a product will make miracles happen?

Please, miracles don't happen for ordinary people like us. I achieved results through hard work.

 

2. I adamantly believe that the Special K Diet is all hype!

 

However, even if the product is not worth the price-tag, the idea behind it is the clincher. I bought the cereal because it sells you an idea.

An idea that you can "lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks."

The idea is what is worth the $3.99 pricetag, it helped me lose weight.

 

3. Special K Cereal truly tastes like restaurant-quality food!

 

I'm just kidding, gosh.

 

Kellogg's Special K cereal tastes like Grade A crap. Believe me, i've been eating the stuff for years, upon years, upon years. I've been eating it for three years;

from when I first started dieting in 2005. The stuff is blatantly crappy product.

 

4. I have to emphasize that you're really buying the idea!



The idea that eating a product could get you started on the fast-track to sexyness is all it takes for you to purchase a box of wholesome crap for $3.99! I'm sexy.

 

But imagine all the hard work it took me to lose 40 pounds.

I'm talking about getting on the treadmill for two hours a week...

 

5. The ingredients in Special K Cereal are very, truly, misleading

 Fruit and Yogurt Special K. The brand/flavour that I bought for three years.

 

I was completely blindsided and ripped off.

Even though the special K cereal box has blueberries and crap literally BURSTING off the cereal box, THERE ARE NO BERRIES INSIDE. THE CEREAL BOX ONLY HAS flavoured apples that have food coloring on them that make them look like raspberries. Baloney!

Be forewarned, Special K delivers a good idea behind it all, but the actual product is extremely lacking.
