Do you really want to quit or want to help someone quit smoking? If your answer is YES, this leads to another question: “How can you leave?” How can you or anyone else in this stinking habit? Well, in some cases, it is easy for some people to stop smoking, we wake up one day and decide that I will never quit, and just like that.
