Overview:
I want to reintroduce Magical Scientist and Metamorphosis and Thousand Eyes Restrict to bring back fusion as a deck theme, not just heroes. But Magical Scientist is too powerful on its own so Last Will and all FTK/OTK variants have to be banned so I took out toon cannon soldier, cannon soldier, and catapult turtle. Mass Driver is ok.

I want to introduce Arms Hole, but it is too overpowered, so I have to ban all cards that can be used in a splash into deck combo with Arms Hole like United We Stand and Premature Burial.

I want to Reintroduce Witch of the Black Forest because it can search for jinzo, which new LODT jinzo variants desperately need.

I want to ban Kinetic Soldier because just side-decking a Kinetic, and two RoTA is enough to completely wipe out warriors, a whole deck theme. Kinetics also ruin decks like Dark Scorpions (w/ Don Zaloog)

I want to ban Snipe Hunter, because he is a total wall to be put up against, when you're running a Pyramid of Light Sphinx or Burn or Volcanic or gravekeepers or A Legendary Ocean deck.

I want to ban CCV and golden sarcoph, because I, like the Romans and Greek, believe in a Golden Mean, where moderation and equality between players reign. CCV and Sarcoph do not promote equality between players, AT ALL.

I took out theme draw cards like Disk Commander and Common Charity and reintroduced cards like Pot of Greed and Graceful Charity, to bring back a common draw theme for all decks. Now decks like Dinosaurs and Insects will have the likes to compete with big names like DaD Return and Lightsworn.

My changes will make the game more accessible to all players, what with the draw cards being generic. My changes will introduce Equip Spells and Fusions back with a vengeance. I hope you enjoyed my presentation.
